Barrack's the MAN!

Man I totally forgot to add this to my blog. We have a new black president everyone. His name you already know, but isn't it great, Barack Obama, baby!

Half-way through quarter three. Interim's will be out on March 5th. So far I like the group of students I'm working with and the are doing as well as can be accepted. As for the weather it's staring to change over to Spring. It's really subtle right now, like brighter mornings occurring earlier and evenings lasting longer.
I can wait to start wearing my open toe shoes.
My toes will see the light of day soon.

Semester 2 - Half-way there

The 2nd semester of the 2008-2009 school year was supposed to start on January 27, 2009. Instead it will start on January 29, 2009. We've had snow and freezing rain and have been home for 2 days. I am determined to get out today, January 28th, even though everything outside has a sheet of ice covering it.
What to do. I need some fresh air and would like to run some errands so I will head out at around noon. Wish me luck.

Thanks & Giving

2nd Quarter and time for Thanksgiving break. So far I've been doing the same old same old exercising, and working. The good news is I get to do some traveling for the break and see my family in new york. Once work starts up again there will be 6 weeks left until the quarter ends.

6 weeks in

Well 6 whole weeks have passed since the start of the 08-09 school year. Things are going well and my classes are pretty manageable. I'm keeping my sanity by exercising and spending lots of time with the ones that I love.
